In the wee morning of 1st Sept at 1.30am, my water bag burst. Not a very pleasant experience. Feels like you cannot control your bowel. But yet very happy that I can finally see my baby soon.
Quickly shower and change. Papa Jack is very stress, keep asking me ok or not. Haha, on the way to hospital I still have to ask him to relax.
My brief birth story as follows:
ADD 1-sept
EDD 4-sept
Weight 3.44kg
Length 55cm
Asst Nature with epi
1.30am - water bag burst
2.20am - admit Mt A.1cm dilate only. (the dialtion check is very very painful. the nurse put her finger in and push upwards. shouted out and tears flowing)
2.30am - nurse give enama to go poo poo. the effect is almost instance, watery stools being passed out
3plus - contraction kick in. trying to tahan, did not ask for epi
7plus - cannot take it. ask for epi. only 3cm dilate
11am - put on drip to help contraction
3plus pm - very pain.with epi still can feel the pain. when nurse check its 8cm dilate. ask me to wait for the poo pooing feeling. she say the pain is due to baby head pushing down the pelvic bone, not the contraction pain
4plus-cannot tahan liao, nurse get doc
4.21pm - baby came out with the help of vacum, cos no feeling to push
Very happy and relief. Tears of joy started to flow.
