Baby ze moved to playgroup class

Baby ze used to be in the toddler class (from age 18mths-29mths), but since he reached 30mths on 1-Mar-10, he is moved to the playgroup class (from 30th onwards).

With new teachers and new friends, hopefully he will be able to adopt.

The activities that playgroup and toddler do is different.
During the orientation, I notice that the playgroup students play with water colour, caryons...more hands on activities vs the toddlers class where is there more classroom activities like story telling.

Hopefully he will enjoy himself more in the class.


Heard from ah ma which ah ma heard from neighbours that there is a lot of complains on this child care like the teachers don't wash the kids immediately after they poo, a lot of PRC teacher....
For me, my standard is always very low, the purpose of baby ze going to school is for him to learn to interact. I just want him to be happy there, and able to play with things that we normally will not do at home(play doh, water colour) other then watch TV.
1 thing I like is there is no TV at the centre. I don't expect the curriculum to have phonics or speech and drama...at least not now. Happy is more impt.

Secondly, with the arrival of the little one, which ah ma will also be taking care of, I hope she will not be so tired and also divert her attention to the newborn.
