Finally : the arrival of little baby 29-Apr

The labour I will never forget.

Just as we thought we have to wait 1 more week for little baby to arrive, he decided to make his entrance the next day.

I always had this feeling that the sign of labour this round will be contractions as during the last 2 weeks I keep having Braxton Hicks(fake contractions) and at regular intervals.
True enough, on 29-Apr morning, I had contractions pain.

Birth story:
5-6.30 am: Contraction at about 6 mins interval. Was a bit apprehensive whether its the real contraction or BHC but the pain is really very unbearable.

6.30am:Went toilet. Slight bleeding. Wake papa, told him its time to go hospital and I went to shower.

7.30am: Left house and went to Mcdonald drive thru for breakfast. Had breakfst in the car as I don't think I can walk anymore. Told hb most probably baby will be out at noon as there's a saying that it will be half the time of #1 and baby ze's labour was 12 hours.

9.05am: Reach hosipital. Told nurse I want Epi. Nurse check and I am already 5cm dilated and cervic wall is already very thin. Told me it will be very fast, ask me to consider without Epi as by the time the Epi come into effects, baby may be out already. I agree. Nurse call gynae.

9.30am: Gynae came. Break my waterbag and told me I am already 8cm dilated, ready to deliver. Cannot believe my ears, ask again to reconfirm.
Gynae told nurse he is going back to car to take his phone and bag.

9.35am : At the next contraction, feel the urge to push.
Nurse came to get ready.
Gyane came. Told me to push at the next contractions, cannot, push, still cannot

9.47am: Baby is out after 5 contractions. But, gynae still have to use vacum to assist me and have to vacum twice before baby is out.
Gynae put baby on me and I cry, cry because of the pain and the relief that its over.

Gosh, this is a short but super painful labour. The gas is of no use at all, it does not relief the pain but to me, it's more of divert the attention away from the actions but yet I still know what is happening.

After baby is out, the contractions of the uterus is another painful thing, so painful that I keep holding on to papa Jack's hand.
I remember telling papa that I want Epi, keep chanting 'very painful' non-stop. The nurse told me everything is over already but I still feel very pain.
In the end, the nurse have to give me another local jab at my thigh. I remember the nurse say that this is a sedation and pain killer and I will go to sleep after a while. All this while I was still holding on to papa's hand, even when baby is pushed to nursery, he is still with me(I refuse to let go).
He hold on to me till I fell asleep and he later told me he stand until backache.
爸爸也是很伟大的!!
